"Perfect diving holiday"

I spent six great diving days with Paradise Divers at Wasini Island on a daily boat basis.
My accommodation was a basic but sufficient canvas tent with external thatched roof and superb view to the ocean. The full board catering was a good occasion to get an insight to the delicious Swahili kitchen and local sea foods. Both local and expatriate staff were very helpful and courteous during entire time so if you dive I highly recommend you Paradise Divers DC to stay a week or two.

"A Paradise !"

We advise all divers to book a holiday in Shimonee. We spent 4 days and had a great time as advanced holiday divers. The organisation, together with the Shimoni Reef Lodge, was superb. Every morning, a little boat picked us up at the hotel for our 2 dives. Hungry afterwards, the lunches at the club on the Wasini Island where succulent. The material is ok and well maintainde, but we decided to bring our own masks next time, as we mist the comfort or our own, well fitting, not leaking masks.

"Back to Home?"

The hotel was Simply fantastic. My wife did not want to go back home... ;-) ...the next visit we will still hang at least one week, minimum!

"Brilliant"

I am not an experienced diver or snorkeller but want to advise travellers about the superb hospitality and treatment offered by both the local and expatriate staff at Paradise. The location is outstanding. On the lee side of the island on an elevated bluff overlooking the straits about 2 miles from Shimoni. The accommodation is basic - it is advertised as a dive camp - but totally adequate. The equipment is well up to the mark and the managers/instructors/leaders are first class. Patient, knowledegable and highly experienced.

But the hospitality is brilliant. Friendly generous and the best of local fish, produce and cuisine served by gracious and skilled staff. The food is complemented by a southern European love of life and wine making for festive affairs. Paradise Dive Centre is a gem.

"Great diving"

Because my wife likes a more luxuary place to stay we didn't stay at the lodge, but I went to dive with the Paradise Divers. We had very nice dives, lots of fish and very nice corals. I hope to be back one day with some friend divers and stay at the lodge on the island.

"Great Diving, best staff"

We stayed with Paradise Divers on Wasini Island for a one week's holiday over Christmas. We decided to go there because we heard that the best diving in Kenya was around Wasini Island when we met Paradise Divers at a London Dive show We are very happy with our choice. The diving was great, with beautiful coral reefs and easy dives. For us the best was the pink reef dive site which is quite unique. We saw lots of stingrays, dolphins and turtles amongst all the camouflaged animals and beautiful tropical fish. But what really impressed us was the attention and care we received. After a very tiring late arrival, the whole team made everything possible for us to enjoy our stay and they succeeded. Starting with the Captain and crew on the diving boat, followed by our dive guide and the other instructors on the site and finishing with the chef and staff in the restaurant. A truly memorable experience - definitely recommendable!!!

"Great diving, great food, great staff."

We did have a great time diving with Paradise divers. The dive-stites are really beautifull. The staff is very capable and helpfull (Billy and Malik thank you for showing us all the special marine-life) and the rental equipement is in good condition. '

After divng at first you get a very warm welcome at the lodge and then you'll have a wonderful very tasty lunch overviewing the sea. It gives you that real holliday feeling.

Although we stayd in a hotel in Diani,( and had to travel 1,5 hours one way to Shimoni) we thought it was well worth the efford and booked 5 days of diving, wich we certainly did not regret. However there is also the opportunity of booking accomodation on Waisini island provided by Paradise divers. I'm sure we'll be back to do this all over again. Thank you for everything and see you again.

"Paradise Divers - diving amazing and accommodation great!"

Had an absolutely amazing time in Kenya on Wasini Island with Paradise Divers. The diving and snorkelling was great. The dive masters knew the area and fish - they also only took small groups of four per dive master - really safe and professional! Staying on the island was amazing - stunning view and really friendly staff! Food was fantastic (thanks Mohamed) - would definitely recommend a day or two on the island with Paradise Divers!

"Amazing! Thank you. What a brilliant diving experience"

We are a family of 5 (children aged 16, 13, 12). One adult and the 16 year old were experienced divers but the others were newly qualified. We had 3 days diving (6 dives). The team were fantastic. It was all very well organised, the attention to detail was fabulous and timings were spot on. We were visited by 2 of the team a few days before our first dive. They took time to explain everything to us and make sure that we had all the necessary, correctly fitting equipment. The transfers always turned up punctually. They arranged (without us asking) for the boat to be exclusively for our family. The boat crew were great. We always had 2 instructors who went diving with us, Malik and Billy. They were patient and encouraging for the less confident of us and went at our pace, encouraging independence when we were ready. They were knowledgable and informative and went out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic experience. The highlights were seeing a turtle, many leopard moray eels and a wonderful 30 mins spent swimming with dolphins who were genuinely wanting to play with us. We saw a huge variety of marine life. Prices were very competitive and I cannot imagine any other company providing such a good service.

"fabulous"

This was my second visit to paradise divers, my friend and I dived whilst his wife and my sister-in-law snorkelled. This is a magical place so secluded with the most wonderful views and wonderful all inclusive lunch at the the dive basee on Wasini Island.

The diving was wondeful with a great variety of marine life including turtles, dolphins and two cuttle fish which we saw fertilising their eggs. also various morays, octopus and some lovely napoleons and very large and colourful parrot fish. the visibility was excellent and the crew were wonderful. billy and his team are wonderful hosts and I highly recommend. Really looking forward to my next visit - I love it
